Chris Henderson
Director
Chris began his career in security in 2010 as a Safety Steward with Showsec Ltd. His passion for ensuring safety and operational efficiency quickly propelled him into the role of Custody Prison Officer, where he accumulated six years of experience, including four years as a Cell Block Manager.
After his time in prison services, Chris returned to Showsec as an SIA Officer. His leadership potential was recognized, and he was encouraged to apply for the Manager Development Programme, during which he earned a Foundation Degree in Applied Professional Studies with a focus on crowd management.
Unfortunately, Chris was made redundant due to the impact of Covid-19, but his time with Showsec allowed him to gain valuable experience in venue and festival management.
Since the onset of the pandemic, Chris has pivoted to freelancing in the film industry, providing security services for some of the biggest films currently in production.
Additionally, Chris achieved his FREC3 qualification, and he is now focused on realizing his entrepreneurial aspirations by establishing ESM Scotland Ltd.
