Chris Henderson
Director
Chris began his career in security in 2010 as a safety steward with Showsec Ltd. He later pursued a role as a Custody Prison Officer, accumulating six years of experience, with the last four years spent as a cell block manager.
Afterward, Chris rejoined Showsec as an SIA officer and was encouraged to apply for the Manager Development Programme, where he earned a foundation degree in applied professional studies with a focus on crowd management.
Regrettably, Chris was made redundant from Showsec due to the impact of Covid-19, but he gained valuable venue and festival management experience during his time there.
Since the onset of the pandemic, Chris has worked as a freelancer in the film industry, providing security for some of the most prominent films currently in production.
Additionally, Chris has achieved his FREC3 qualification, furthering his goal of establishing ESM Scotland Ltd.
